Do you do one-off jobs, or only contracts?

Both. Plenty of clients started with a single stubborn problem. Ongoing care plans exist for when you're ready to stop thinking about IT altogether — no pressure either way.

How fast do you respond?

Urgent, can't-work issues jump the queue and are usually looked at remotely within the hour during business hours. Everything else gets a same-business-day response.

We're a Mac office / a Windows office — does that matter?

Not at all — both are home turf. Apple fleets under Jamf, Microsoft 365 tenants, and the very common “bit of both” office are all daily work.

What does the free health check involve?

A ~30-minute conversation about your setup, then a short plain-English report: what's solid, what's risky, and what we'd fix first (with rough costs). Yours to keep either way.

Do you support not-for-profits?

Yes — NFPs and community organisations are a big part of the client base, and we'll always point you at the significant software discounts you're entitled to.
